		<description>Great article, really good insight. Speaking from a technology company perspective, I think the advantages of having an organization are:

1) Engineers work in a team and develop expertise by learning from each other while working towards a common goal
2) IP protection. Employees sign NDA&#039;s.
3) Easy access to other employees to help with their work

I think eventually all of it CAN be moved to an on the fly model. And in some cases, knowledge sharing will be even faster. And good communication tools will help collaboration amongst employees.</description>
